The Satmya Dispensary is now by appointment only. We still offer free 15minute consultations for acute cases but recommend a full consultation for chronic/long term/complex health issues. Make a booking
We have been running our dispensary since 2007. We believe that everyone should have access to natural medicines and that’s why we started this free community service.
We have a wide selection of organic herbal tinctures (extracts in alcohol), dried & powdered herbs, etc. We also have herbal oils, flower waters (hydrosols), herbal creams, etc We source herbs from a range of small to medium herb growers and stock organic and wild crafted herbs where possible. We carry the popular herbs like Echinacea, Valerian, and Nettles but also more uncommon ones. If you are looking for a specific herb give us a ring first and if we don’t have it in stock we will try and get it from one of our suppliers. We also carry a huge selection of organic Ayurvedic herbs & culinary spices. Satmya also has a full homeopathic dispensary.
At the dispensary we will give you any advice necessary on how to take the herbs effectively and offer free 15minute consultations to ensure you will get the best herbs for you. If you are treating something more complex we do recommend booking in for a longer consultation with either the Naturopath, who is also a qualified herbalist or the Ayurvedic practitioner (the Ayurvedic tradition also uses herbal medicines).
The service we provide at Satmya is unique and gives you access to a wide variety of herbal medicines.
The cost of herbal medicines vary from €3 for dried herbs to €55 for 500mls of tincture.

Our Herbal Dispensary is now by appointment only Monday to Friday from 10-3pm. Please make sure you pre-book as we may be with another client or unavailable if you show up without pre-booking.
