Become an Ayurvedic Lifestyle & Nutrition Coach
Empower yourself and others with the wisdom of Ayurveda
Transform your life and the lives of others by training to become an Ayurvedic Lifestyle & Nutrition Coach. Rooted in the ancient science of Ayurveda, this comprehensive program equips you with the knowledge and tools to support holistic health and wellness through personalised nutrition, daily routines, seasonal cleanses, and herbal remedies.

You’ll dive deep into:
- Ayurvedic Nutrition & Cooking: Learn how to prepare nourishing, seasonal meals tailored to each dosha (mind-body type), and create healing menus that support digestion, immunity, and vitality.
- Ayurvedic Cleansing & Detox: Guide clients through gentle, effective seasonal cleanses that reset digestion, support mental clarity, and promote natural detoxification.
- Herbal Medicine Making: Gain hands-on skills using traditional Ayurvedic methods to craft Ayurvedic medicines .
- Foundations of Ayurvedic Philosophy & Diagnostics: Understand prakriti (constitution), vikriti (current imbalances), the doshas, dhatus, malas, and the gunas—allowing you to assess and guide clients with clarity and precision.
- Client Coaching & Lifestyle Planning: Learn to apply Ayurvedic principles in a modern context, creating sustainable daily routines (dinacharya), stress management tools, sleep rituals, and more.
This course is ideal for wellness professionals, yoga teachers, health coaches, and seekers who want to integrate Ayurveda into their personal or professional life—without offering physical treatments or therapies at this stage.
You’ll graduate as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle & Nutrition Coach (Practitioner without Therapies)—with the option to continue your training later and become a full Ayurvedic Practitioner by adding body therapies and clinical training.
