Thick mustard dressing

Thick mustard dressing


3 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons of cider vinegar

1tsp black mustard seeds

1/2 tsp of fenugreek seeds

1/2 tsp black peppercorns

1 tsp Almond butter

1/2 tsp of himalayan rock salt


Toast spices in a skillet on a high heat until seeds pop.

Then place all ingredients into a blender. Blend for 1 minute or until ingredients are well mixed. Alternatively just whisk in a bowl.
