Practice Self-Love

Treat yourself to an evening of deeply nourishing Yoga. Restorative Yoga is a gentle and quiet practice that will help you recharge your body, mind and spirit.

In this workshop you will be practicing traditional yoga asanas (poses) using props to fully support your body, giving your muscles an opportunity to open and release without expending energy. Restorative Yoga is the practice of giving your body an intentional rest. Truly letting go and surrendering in the poses will allow your nervous system to move into a state of deep relaxation. Using pranayama and guided meditation, you’ll emerge with a sense of deep calm and feeling of spaciousness.

Restorative Yoga Benefits

  • Reduce anxiety
