Naturopathy aims to support the body’s ability to heal itself through the use of dietary & lifestyle changes together with other complementary modalities.
Since its conception Naturopathy has evolved to incorporate a vast range of therapies that are considered natural & non-invasive. It is unique in that it accesses a wide variety of holistic solutions to address distinctive health care needs.

Evie

Yvette specialises in women’s health issues and hormonal balance. She uses Homeopathy, Herbal medicines & Nutrition.

Yvette is the  Naturopath and co-owner of Satmya. She completed a 4 year full time  Naturopathy degree in ACNT & UNE, Australia in 2005. During her studies she gained experience at a number of clinics and dispensaries (Allergy free, Jocelyn fertility centre & Norwest Chiropractic). She also went to India to further her Homeopathy studies and attended a postgraduate course at the Bengal Allen College of Homeopathy, Calcutta. Upon completion of her studies in 2005, she was awarded Naturopathy student of the year by Phytomedicine & ACNT. Yvette went directly into full time clinical practice and returned home to Ireland in 2007 & set up Satmya with Doug.

As a Naturopath, she uses HomeopathyHerbal medicine, Nutrition, Remedial therapies & Ayurveda in her practice. She has a special interest in women’s health, anxiety, depression and allergies.

Since graduating she has continued her studies with some excellent teachers all over the world (Matthew WoodJulia GravesSubrata Banerjea, Rajan SankaranJan Scholten and Dinesh Chauhan). She continues to update and upgrade her skills annually.

Yvette is available in the Satmya herbal dispensary & clinic from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy), Advanced Dip. of Naturopathy, Advanced Dip. of Western Herbal Medicine, Advanced Dip of Homeopathy, Diploma of Remedial Massage, Diploma of Iridology, Bachelor of Commerce.
