Chai – Traditional method

2 cups water
2 tsp tea leaves
1 cup organic milk
½ tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Ginger powder (grated root 1 tbl sp)
4-5 Green Cardamom pods crushed

Bring water to boil
Add spices and continue to boil for 2 minutes (longer if you like it spicey)
Then add the tea leaves
Add raw sugar to taste
Then add milk
Bring back to boil and remove from heat.
